Objective: Equip managers with effective goal-setting and feedback communication skills.
Approach:
Designed and facilitated 8 workshops for approximately 200 managers, establishing a unified approach to goal setting.
Training Phases:
Phase 1: An initial e-Learning course introducing the goal-setting template.
Phase 2: In-person sessions to practice goal setting, focusing on personal development and cross-functional skills.
Phase 3: A second e-Learning course on feedback collection, goal communication, and active listening.
Phase 4: Final in-person sessions with practical exercises, role-playing, and team-specific workshops.
Outcome: The program strengthened managerial skills in goal setting, fostering a collaborative and strategic approach within the organization.
